The ChemLeg programme

The objectives of the ChemLeg programme are to increase the capacity of Fepachim in rendering services to its members and help the companies from chemistry and oilchemistry to adapt themselves to the requirements of the “aquis communautaire” regarding the chemical substances, as well as the dissemination of information with the best practices of the industry.

For meeting these objectives the manager of the project established and developed the following activities:

·  The publication of the Romanian guide for the European legislation.

·  Training programes with the Romanian specialists in the E.U. legislation.

·  Assistance for the improvement of the company’s plans regarding their adaptation to the “aquis communautair”’s requirements for chemical substances and to the quality management.
